Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were not up to standard when I made a big deal out of it and asked for the manager, but they were good size and very clean. The service was incredibly helpful, forthcoming, and took care of all my needs and requests going far beyond standard service. The location is very good, close to Wan Chai MTR, and very clean neighborhood. The dining experience was very good with a large selection of dishes, but the price was expensive for what you get.
The hotel was surprisingly not too expensive and adequate. However, the room is very little than the photos show and too narrow for an extra bed.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, but the lack of a view was a downside. The service was efficient and helpful overall, although room service could be more responsive. The location was very convenient in downtown Hong Kong, but the limited space was a challenge. The dining experience was good with various options, but some items came at an extra cost.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, with a great view of the harbor. The quiet ambiance added to the overall comfort, though the dining options were a bit lacking.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit damp and stuffy at times due to air condition machines on the roof, were surprisingly spacious for a 4-star hotel in Hong Kong. The service was friendly and efficient, though there was a slight issue with security excuses. The location was great for exploring Hong Kong, especially being close to transportation options. The dining experience was satisfactory, but could have offered more variety. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Hong Kong.
The hotel offers a stunning harbor view, and the rooms are comfortable with a good sea view. However, the ongoing construction work right in front of the hotel can be a bit of a nuisance. The service is exemplary, with very friendly and helpful staff, but there are some uncertainties about payments. The location is superb, right beside the HK Convention Centre and a short walk to the Wan Chai MTR station, offering a nice harbor view. Dining options are varied, with different styles of food; The facilities are well-equipped, making for a satisfying stay overall.
The hotel has a magnificent harbour view, but the room faced a building obstructing natural light. It was small yet nice, lacking drawers for clothes. The service was efficient but somewhat unfriendly. The location, a 10-minute walk from MTR Wanchai station, was convenient. Dining options were extensive though not worth the high price.
The hotel's location near the Convention Centre and Wan Chai MTR station was superb, making my stay very convenient. The rooms, although not facing the harbor, were clean, but only made up on Thursdays. The service was great, with staff providing helpful guidance on getting around town, including early check-in at 9 am. The dining experience was of average quality, with some room for improvement. Facilities were satisfactory. The proximity to shops and restaurants was a major plus, but the lack of high-quality dining options and room maintenance detracted slightly from the overall experience.
The hotel has a narrow room with a harbor view and a coffee machine that was not clean. However, the location is very good for attending events at the Convention Centre and exploring the nearby restaurants. The service was mixed with some staff being ignorant but also offering helpful amenities like car hire and room service. The dining experience was not enjoyable due to cold plates, but the location was convenient with various amenities nearby.
The hotel offers nice rooms with all renovated facilities, although there was a cigarette smell in the room, suitable for 1 adult and 1 child. The service was friendly and efficient, but the staff ignored the do not disturb sign. The location is good for business, facing the harbor with a nice view but a bit far from the station. The dining options are limited for the price. Overall, a decent stay with minor drawbacks.
